SPIC MACAY’s Anubhav 2020 – YOGA Sessions

Always been a pleasure starting the days at Brahmamoortham, morning 4am. I am used to waking up by 3:30am or so for years. I make sure I am in bed by 10:30.

The first week of June of 2020 was more special because the usual SPIC MACAY International Convention became the Anubhav festival, to be experienced at home, thanks to COVID.

I got to participate in the YOGA sessions that started early in the morning from the confines of my dance studio.

The three yoga sessions were as follows –
Mind : 4:00-4:30am Brahmakumari’s Raja Yoga
Body : 4:30-6:00am Bihar School of Yoga’s Hatha yoga and
Soul : 6:00-7:00am Naada Yoga by Guru Wasifuddin Dagar ji from 6am-7am which I relished practicing while I did my 10Km walks every morning.

Here are the recordings that I am loading for myself as a source of reference for every day practise –

YOGA NIDRA too here

These sessions will be helping me for every day practice, for life…… wah! wah!

My humble thanks to all the three gurujis.
