One of my guiding philosophies is “Do what you love and, love whatever you do.” Hence, I am usually passionate about whatever I do. Yes, a few of them I passionately pursue. I am trying to document and write about each one of these here, as much as I can.

• Motivating, Counseling, Facilitating and Bringing the best out of people, especially youth;
  
• Mentoring budding entrepreneurs,
• Facilitating – Corporate education programs, Principals’ workshops;
• Traveling – All of the above activities take me all over and I love traveling – almost 200 days every year!!
• Contributing Columns and photos, Q&A facilitator, and motivational speaker at career events, for media catalysts like Hindustan Times, Times of India, Gulf Times, Khaleej Times, Femina…; Books – The India Idea
• Reading motivational books, biographies, organizational success stories etc.
• Writing – I often document all activities I am involved in. Keen on writing books in a couple of active spaces.
• Tracking trends in a variety of technologies and adopting them
• Learning: keen learner of languages, cuisines, culture and life;
• Physical Fitness : Exercising body and brain
• Indulging in Creative Pursuits –

o        Performing Arts – Music and Dance: I not only enjoy being an active ‘listener’ but also a very proactive learner.

o        Painting, Photography – I have had solo and group exhibitions; My works are in private collections as well as they adorn the walls of my alma mater, Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Photographs used by various newspapers, prestigious publications and books.

o       Theatre: I enjoy on stage as well as back stage; Also sit on the board of a couple of theatre groups including, IMAGO  theatre group run by Mr. Barry John, theatre guru and ex-director TIE, National School of Drama, India

o        Audio Visual communication –

• Made corporate films and documentaries
• Spearheaded the team to create an audio-visual library at Career Launcher for most important sessions for various courses. These films form part of the library of every education facilitation center of Career Launcher
• Filmed and edited many short films and documentaries on my travel and interests

o        Direction – I have been part of the core team for conceptualizing and creating a 52-episode series on Indian classical music, ‘Sur Sandhya,’ for the television channel, Star Plus, which forms part of Mr. Murdoch’s media empire in Asia. Each episode was graced by one of the stalwarts of the Indian Classical Music firmament. I have been involved as a Director and Art-director too for the series. The series was telecast in 1998-99.

o        I love designs and spaces: Architecture – studying the structures, designs and patterns; Designing interiors; designing communications
